Lucy Boston, a quiltmaker from the early 1900’s created these beautiful English paper pieced blocks using the honeycomb shape, which were pieced together to create her “Patchwork of the Crosses” quilt.  Sandy has designed a smaller version of this quilt comprising 25 beautifully fussy cut blocks assembled in the body of the quilt in same way as the original quilt, yet finished with a lovely scallop edge and appliqued onto a pretty border print. This quilt is created with high quality reproduction fabrics to give it that heirloom kind of flavour as pictured.

During this 13 month program, you will receive

• 25 lovely blocks (blocks may differ from those in the pictured quilt, but all are just as stunning and created with beautiful reproduction fabrics)
• all fabrics, including binding, to create the entire quilt
• all papers required
• honeycomb and square perspex cutting templates
• detailed pattern instructions, including fussy cutting guides where appropriate. (It is assumed that you would already be familiar with the English Paper Pieced method of piecing to join this program.)

Finished quilt size is 1.86m (73″) square

Cost for this BOM is $75month + p&h for 13 months

Payments for this BOM are made one month in advance as a forward payment. Secure you place now by purchasing Month One below, and Sandy will be in touch to gather your card details, you will then be charged for Month Two, and we will post Month One. Each month we will keep you one month ahead with your payments and when Month 13 is ready for mailing you will not be charged as that payment has already been made.

Please note that by purchasing Month One you are committing to purchase the future months 2 -13 to complete the BOM program. Cancellations will only be considered under special circumstances and the forward payment in credit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
