Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Australia Post within three working days from when we receive your payment. .
If the products you have purchased are faulty or is not fit for its intended purpose please contact us and we will work with you to make sure that you are able to complete your sewing projects. However we will can not accept the return of patterns and books.

In the event that an ordered item is not available (this can occur when our shop is out on the road and there is a delay updating the website) or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
